These pre-sale prices are a reference from Germany and may differ in other European markets

• Final market pricing and vehicle specifications will be announced at the Paris Motor Show in October 2022

• Watch here the BYD Europe Product Premiere: www.byd.com

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- BYD announces the pre-sale prices of its new European passenger car range. The world’s leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles and power batteries immediately introduces three full-electric passenger vehicles which will be delivered to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Before the end of the year customers in France and the United Kingdom will also have access to BYD’s zero-emission vehicles. After that, more dealers will be appointed supporting BYD’s plans to cover all major markets in Europe.

The pre-sale price for the BYD ATTO 3 is € 38,000. The BYD HAN and TANG pre-sale prices are € 72,000. These pre-sale prices apply to Germany as a reference for Europe and may differ from country to country. The three full-electric BYD vehicles are technologically advanced and well-suited to the expectations and needs of European customers. The BYD HAN, BYD TANG and BYD ATTO 3 will be exhibited at this year’s Paris Motor Show in October 2022.

For BYD Chairman Wang Chuanfu, who founded the company in 1995, the BYD European passenger market launch is one of the most important milestones to date. “Europe is the birthplace of the auto-industry and has a strong spirit of innovation. Europeans are making a concerted effort to accelerate the transformation of automobile electrification, with Europe representing the main driving market for the advancement of new energy vehicles. As such, we are pleased that BYD can now grow electric car adoption simultaneously with the local markets. We look forward to working together with respected European dealers and industry partners to create high-end quality products with green technology, and bring diversified choices and experiences to more consumers.’’

Designed with European Customers in Mind

While advanced technology underpins every BYD vehicle, attention to detail and cultural references are pivotal to BYD’s design ethos. BYD design merges thousands of years of Chinese culture with modern European culture using the expressive Chinese dragon face for aesthetic inspiration for its passenger car range. This distinctive design language combines with stylish features and innovative technology to meet modern lifestyle expectations.

BYD will start the European launch with three full electric vehicles. The spacious BYD ATTO 3 is designed with the European customer in mind and is the first SUV built on BYD’s advanced e-Platform 3.0. This C-segment SUV shows BYD EV innovation (standard heat-pump) combining aesthetics, intelligence, and efficiency with an array of safety features including the Blade Battery. The interior is a truly digital, connected experience. BYD Global Designer Wolfgang Egger and his team created an expressive and fun design, with a touch of novelty. BYD ATTO 3 is, with its distinctive silhouette and alloy wheels, a real eye-catcher in its category. It is a versatile and appealing choice for many European consumers. BYD ATTO 3 has a 60.48 kWh battery and offers a reassuring 420 kilometre range (WLTP).

BYD HAN is striking in appearance from every angle. The sleek and sporty sedan embodies style and premium finish inside and out, while offering an exhilarating driving performance and superb responsiveness. The BYD HAN has two electric motors, generating a true all-wheel-drive system for safety and handling. The combined power of the dual motor system delivers an impressive 380 kW or 516 horsepower with a 0-100km/h sprint time of just 3.9 seconds. The BYD HAN offers a high-tech, premium experience benefiting from some of the EV industry’s most advanced technologies, including the revolutionary Blade Battery.

Another product delivering a premium experience, yet this time with 7 seats, is BYD TANG. This large all-wheel drive vehicle has made an impressive entry into the competitive electric SUV market segment since its launch in BYD’s pilot-market in Norway last year. The zero-emission 7-seater combines exciting performance with comfort, space, efficiency and safety. The BYD TANG delivers an all-round premium experience, complete with high specification as standard. Also the BYD TANG is equipped with the ultra-safe, state-of-the-art Blade Battery, designed for optimal safety, performance, durability and efficiency. Acceleration is exciting too, from 0-100km/hr in just 4.6 seconds.

“The BYD design is expressive and emotional, as well as clean and relevant,” says BYD Global Designer Wolfgang Egger. “Designing BYD HAN and BYD TANG we were inspired by the dragon face, a strong character in Chinese culture, and with BYD HAN, with the beauty of a European sports car. Furthermore, we strived to create a clean, 3D like, feeling with a classic edge. For the design of BYD ATTO 3 we wanted to create a very fresh, spacious and youthful feeling to attract young people and families. Once again with BYD ATTO 3 we were inspired by the Chinese dragon, which we call the Dragon Face Design language. Its distinctive moustache, the skin and the dragon eyes are all elements that are portrayed in BYD ATTO 3. Our inspiration for some of the interior elements we found in the gym and in music. For instance, the door handles, the armrests and fenders were inspired by barbells and different gym equipment. In the door panels we constructed strings and when you touch these they also sound like a guitar. Rather amusing, they also have a practical function for storage”.

BYD Expertise in Power Batteries and Pioneering Core Technology

It is BYD’s world-leading innovation in technology that is integral to BYD’s electric passenger vehicles. Over the past decades, BYD has focused on mastering advanced technologies spanning cobalt free BYD Iron-Phosphate batteries, electric motors, electronic control systems and automotive-grade chips.

Emerging from this considerable research and development is the ground-breaking Blade Battery which is revolutionizing safety, durability and performance in the EV industry. This works in close synergy with BYD’s competency in electric powertrain technology (BYD has developed an ultra-intelligent next-generation e-Platform 3.0) for the ultimate in system efficiency and integrated vehicle intelligence. Combined, this integrated technology has been developed to deliver optimum performance and a better driving experience. Notably, BYD owns the vertical supply chain of EVs for seamless integration and manufacturing control, including the production of semiconductors.

BYD Offers 8-year Power Battery Warranty

Michael Shu, General Manager and Managing Director, BYD Europe and International Cooperation Division, says: “Technological innovation needs to be safe, reliable, comfortable, and accessible. This is what we are striving for. European customers have high demands on their mobility solutions and in view of this, we have prepared our market launch with care. BYD comes to Europe with a full range of new electric cars, that lives up to the high expectations of our customers. We introduce vehicles that are reliable, practical, and comfortable with premium equipment as a standard feature. Such is our confidence in our technology and quality of our vehicles, our cars come with an 8-year power battery warranty.”

Accordingly, Michael Shu looks forward to sharing the benefits of BYD electric cars with other European countries. “We have high respect for the European auto industry and its ecosystem, including design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, aftersales network, and services. Our strategy is to work with established and respected local dealers who share our vision, to provide high-levels of customer service.”

New Study From Egon Zehnder and Kearney Debunks the Myth of a Workplace Generational Divide

Survey of over 8,000 people in the global workforce reveals different generations have a shared outlook on needs and wants in the workplace

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Egon Zehnder, the world’s preeminent leadership advisory firm, in partnership with Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm, today released findings from a new survey with over 8,000 respondents from eight different countries dismissing the myth of a generation divide in the workplace and showing that despite what is often believed, Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Boomers are more alike than different when it comes to workplace matters.

The survey, titled “Different Generations, Same Ideals: What Workers of All Ages Value in their Jobs,” analyzed the similarities and differences among generations and found that they share more commonalities, especially when it comes to personal well-being, work-life balance, and desired traits from leadership. The most notable difference between the generations is how each group defines and plans to achieve their career desires.

Key Findings from the survey include:

Personal well-being, stability, and work-life balance matter more than money to all generations. 82 percent of survey respondents agreed that caring about workers’ well-being is the most important factor when choosing an employer. Financial stability ranked second among the top factors employees are seeking from an organization, followed by work-life balance, competitive salary and a celebratory culture.

All generations value leaders who listen to and empower others. Across the generations, the top five characteristics of an ideal leader remained consistent, with workers desiring leaders who listen to their employees, empower their teams, are transparent in their decision-making and communicate the organization’s higher purpose.

Two-thirds of employees would leave their jobs for a more meaningful position. The Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting have led to the Great Negotiation, shifting workplace power to the hands of employees. Workers want jobs that are personally fulfilling and if an employer is not meeting an employee’s needs, they will take their talents elsewhere. By generation, Millennials (70%) are the most willing to leave a job in search of meaning, compared to Gen X (59%), Gen Z (58%), and Boomers (54%).

Among all the generations, Millennials feel the most confident and empowered to overcome life’s struggles. As many Millennials step into leadership positions, they’re bringing an energized confidence with them. Seventy-six percent of Millennials are confident they will get the success they deserve in life, followed by Gen X (63%), Boomers (62%) and Gen Z (61%).

The results from this study show there is more alignment across generations in the workplace and all generations could lean into the commonalities instead of focusing on differences.

“We’ve been inundated with polarizing workplace narratives that pit younger generations against older generations,” said Edilson Camara, Chief Executive Officer at Egon Zehnder. “It’s important for leaders to unite workers across age demographics, and the best way to do so is by addressing their concerns and keeping your team motivated toward their aspirations. Leaders need to prioritize employee satisfaction simultaneously with business goals to guide organizations towards optimum success.”

Alex Liu, Global Managing Partner at Kearney, said, “Amid the dazzle and hopes of the digital age and the stresses of today’s crazy world, it is easy to forget that old-fashioned human desire for joy is as essential to achieving business goals as ever.”

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Up-and-coming rock band “California Condor” has just released a new music video dedicated to two former bandmates who lost their lives prematurely. Produced to accompany their latest track, “The Band,” the video pays tribute to Ken Loosaar and Johannes Kuslap, who both recently passed away at the ages of 28 and 27 respectively.

According to the statement from California Condor, “When California Condor first started out, Ken and Johannes helped the band find its footing. For this, we’ll never forget them. The new video is our way of paying respect – and bidding farewell – to these two highly talented musicians.”

In Memorium

Originally from the Northern European country of Estonia, California Condor has made a name for itself with its unconventional fusion of various musical genres. The band’s most recent work features several styles, from “post-grunge” and metal to hip-hop.

“The Band,” exemplifies California Condor’s distinctive sound. Driven by a high-energy drumbeat and relentless guitar riffs, the track creates a solid wall of distortion, complemented by haunting synth rhythms.

Fierce vocals and screamo-esque choruses combine to make “The Band” one of the group’s most powerful recordings. According to the statement, the song’s groundbreaking video – which made its debut on September 20 – is dedicated entirely to the memories of Loosaar and Kuslap.

The statement from California Condor about their departed bandmates, “They were the kind of guys who always pushed on with a smile and never complained, Their remarkable characters can’t be described by mere words – that’s why we decided to commemorate them in the new video.”

The Road Ahead

Relative newcomers, California Condor first hit the American rock scene last year. Nevertheless, the Estonian-born band – and its distinctive musical style – has attracted a large and loyal following.

California Condor is currently slated to appear at the prestigious Worldwide Music Expo, which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from October 19 to 23. The band is reportedly planning to make an extensive tour of Europe next year.

The band members ended their statements as follows: “Live on, Ken Loosaar. Live on, Johannes Kuslap. We know you’ll always be with us... If it wasn’t for you, the band wouldn’t be where it is today.”

Chicago O'Hare détrône Londres Heathrow et se classe premier parmi les aéroports les plus connectés au monde

Londres - mardi, 27. septembre 2022 AETOSWire

Chicago O’Hare Replaces London Heathrow As No. 1 Most Connected Airport

LONDON - Tuesday, 27. September 2022 AETOSWire

U.S. Dominates As Global Hubs Slow to Recover Post-Pandemic

Key Findings:

Chicago O’Hare (ORD) is the most connected airport in the world
London Heathrow (LHR) dropped to #22 globally, but retains #1 European spot
Mexico City Juarez International Airport (MEX) is the most connected non-U.S. airport
Tokyo Haneda (HND) moved from # 22 position in 2019 to #14 in 2022
Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) is the most connected airport in Asia Pacific

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- OAG, the world’s leading data platform for the global travel industry, today released Megahubs 2022, the Top 50 most internationally connected airports in the world. Last updated in 2019, Megahubs provides fresh insight into how ongoing travel disruptions are affecting global connectivity.

While London Heathrow (LHR) maintained its first-place ranking among European hubs, its global ranking dropped from #1 in 2019 to #22 this year. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and Frankfurt Airport (FRA) experienced similar drops, falling out of the top 10 to #27 and #30.

U.S. airports dominated the global Megahubs, with Chicago O’Hare (ORD; #1), Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW; #2) and Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL; #3) finishing as the top three most connected airports in the world. Mexico City Juarez International Airport (MEX) is the highest ranked non-U.S. Megahub ranking #8, up 7 spots from its #15 ranking in 2019.

“The global market has yet to fully recover post-pandemic. While the U.S. currently dominates due to its strong domestic market, we could see Europe and other global hubs catch up in the next 12 months as the industry works towards a full recovery,” said John Grant, chief analyst at OAG.

The most connected Megahub in Asia Pacific is Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) as Hong Kong International Airport dropped out of the Top 50. Mumbai International Airport (BOM) ranked #6 in Asia Pacific as Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) dropped to #12.

The Coretec Group Announces Initial Findings from Cyclohexasilane Testing with The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Tuesday, 27. September 2022 AETOSWire

The Company achieved promising results in its cyclohexasilane technology’s ability to grow silicon nanowires for the development of lithium-ion batteries

(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Coretec Group (OTCQB: CRTG), developers of silicon anode active materials for lithium-ion batteries and cyclohexasilane (CHS) for cleantech and emerging tech applications, today announced the initial findings from a recent series of CHS tests performed in partnership with The French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA).

Earlier this year, The Coretec Group began working with Pascale Chenevier, Senior Scientist in nanosciences for energy at The CEA in France to test the potential growth of silicon nanowires, a key material in the development of lithium-ion batteries. The goal of the tests was to determine the ability to grow silicon nanowires from Coretec’s proprietary CHS technology.

During initial testing, The CEA found promising results. The organization has previously used several silane-based materials in their research and revealed that CHS demonstrated the lowest deposition temperatures they have observed to date and showed the highest yields of silicon nanomaterials. Additionally, the testing found a unique hybrid of composite materials, consisting of both nanowires as well as nanoflakes, when using CHS as a silicon source.

“The unique low temperature reactivity of CHS is really promising,” said Dr. Pascale Chenevier. “It opens unexpected new latitude to tune both the nanostructure and chemical composition of our composites for enhanced cycling.”

“While only a first step, we are pleased with the initial results of our CHS testing with The CEA, positioning us well for continued and more advanced analysis that we hope to demonstrate with potential customers and partners,” said Dr. Ramez Elgammal, Chief Technology Officer at The Coretec Group. “There is still much more to discover, but these preliminary test results demonstrate a promising future for the use of CHS in developing lithium-ion batteries.”

The Coretec Group and The CEA will embark upon further research to test CHS’ ability to grow nanowires, in addition to further exploring the potential of the newly developed nanoflakes. The Company will continue to disclose results and provide additional notable updates as they occur.

Hytera Launches HM6 Series DMR Mobile Radios to Empower Workforce on the Road

SHENZHEN, China - Wednesday, 28. September 2022

Compact and versatile, Hytera HM6 series Professional DMR Mobile Two-way Radios enable the drivers to hear and to be heard clearly against road noise and to better connect and collaborate with the team.

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hytera Communications (SZSE: 002583), a leading global provider of professional communications technologies and solutions, has recently expanded its DMR mobile two-way radio portfolio by releasing two new models, HM68X and HM65X. As part of Hytera’s new generation DMR radio H Series, HM68X/65X are designed to provide reliable voice and data connectivity for workers on the road, no matter they are drivers delivering packages, technicians maintaining electrical lines, or security patrols across campus.

The modular and compact design makes HM6 mobiles easy to install, remove and operate in the vehicle. HM68X is equipped with keys and a transflective display, which is readable both in direct sunlight and under poor illumination. HM65X doesn’t have a display or keys on the main unit; instead, it works with a hand-held control head (HHCH), which makes HM65X even more flexible to install under the seat, in the trunk, or anywhere in the vehicle. Using the HHCH, users can easily turn on and off the radio, switch channels and contacts, adjust volumes, and view messages.

The HM6 series mobiles deliver superb audio in noisy environments. The AI-based noise cancellation filters out echoes and background noises such as horn and engine sounds. Their built-in BT 5.0 module not only makes it easy to pair with BT audio accessories, further increasing its versatility, but also facilitates wireless programming. Considering that radio unit may be installed deep in the compartment, the BT feature is a great effort-saver when the radio needs reconfiguration.

Thanks to the high receiver sensitivity, HM6 mobiles deliver clear and dependable communications even in the area where the signal is unstable or weak. They operate in either analog or digital mode. For businesses having an analog system in place, the analog/digital compatibility allows smooth migration with minimal disruption. Besides reliable voice calls, HM6 series mobile radios provide various services such as text messages, data transmission, emergency alarm, radio enable/disable, and GPS location. These services boost productivity and safety for workers who spend a long time on the road to fulfill their duties.

New Survey from Philip Morris International Reveals Strong Societal Support for Disruptive Innovations to Drive Public Health Progress

LAUSANNE, Switzerland - Tuesday, 27. September 2022

Nearly 7 in 10 respondents believe governments and businesses must work together to achieve significant change faster

(BUSINESS WIRE) -- A new international survey released today by Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) (NYSE: PM) reveals that despite broad public support for disruptive innovation to address global challenges, issues such as lack of equal access are likely to stall progress. Commissioned by PMI and conducted by independent research agency Povaddo, the survey shows that 89 percent of adults across 14 countries believe that new technologies and innovations can play an important role in improving public health. However, 38 percent feel such innovations are not accessible to all citizens in their countries.

The more than 17,000 survey respondents aged 21 and older believe that the development and adoption of new technologies, innovations, and capabilities can enable significant progress against a range of issues over the next 10 to 20 years, including:

Encouraging healthier eating habits (78 percent)

Ensuring quality and affordable healthcare for all (72 percent)

Reducing smoking rates (65 percent)

Eliminating hunger and malnourishment (62 percent)

“Disruptive innovation can drive progress for the world and achieve things few people imagined possible until recently,” said Grégoire Verdeaux, Senior Vice President, External Affairs, PMI. “But when the benefits of that disruption are not equally available to all, innovation fails to achieve its full potential. Pragmatic policy frameworks that anticipate innovations are needed so businesses and governments can ensure more equitable outcomes and a lasting impact for all.”

The international survey also highlights the potential of positive disruption in tobacco harm reduction—with 64 percent of respondents stating that new technologies and innovations can play an important role in helping replace cigarettes with less harmful alternatives for those adults who would otherwise continue to smoke. These better alternatives exist today thanks to advances in science and technology and significant investments by PMI and other companies.

However, progress is being hindered by public policies that have failed to keep up with innovation. In many countries, the only tobacco or nicotine-containing products that can legally be sold are cigarettes. And in markets where better alternatives are available, adult smokers often cannot access these products or receive accurate information about them.

“Today, with technological advances and scientific validation, we have an unprecedented opportunity to enact a major public health breakthrough—to effectively eradicate smoking faster,” added Verdeaux. “We can make this the tipping point at which millions of adult smokers are given accurate information about and access to innovative smoke-free products that are a much better choice than continued smoking. But for that to happen, all parties—businesses, governments, public health authorities—must work together.”

To deliver positive change quickly and equitably, fresh thinking and concerted action are needed. Findings from the international survey highlight the public’s frustration with policymakers’ performance to date. Specifically:

41 percent of respondents believe that government and public health authorities in their countries have done a poor job of embracing new technologies and innovations to improve public health.

47 percent believe government and public health authorities have done a poor job of ensuring everyone in their country has access to the latest innovations and technologies that can improve public health.

Survey respondents point to collaboration between government and the private sector as a catalyst of innovation, placing it just below capital investments by private companies. Asked to select the greatest enablers of innovation, respondents returned these results:

Entrepreneurship (76 percent of respondents say it enables innovation)

Consumer demand (74 percent)

Capital investments by private-sector companies (72 percent)

Collaboration between government and the private sector (69 percent)

Competition within the private sector (69 percent)

Select results of this new international survey are featured in PMI’s latest white paper, Rethinking Disruption: Innovating for Better in an Era of Division, which explores the dynamics of positive disruption and its potential to drive meaningful progress on tobacco harm reduction and other critical issues. To bring about much-needed change and accelerate the end of smoking, PMI is transforming for good, having fundamentally revamped not just its product portfolio but also its purpose, business model, value chain, and practices. To learn more about how PMI is delivering a smoke-free future faster, visit pmi.com/rethinkdisruption.

Survey methodology

Povaddo conducted the online survey on behalf of PMI between July 19 and August 10, 2022. The survey was fielded among 17,207 general population adults aged 21 and older and a booster sample of 201 policy elites and 281 business elites in 14 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States. Approximately 1,100 interviews were collected in each country. Data have been weighted by age, gender, and nicotine product use per market to match national statistics. Results are accurate to a margin of error of ±1 percent. A similar study was commissioned in Saudi Arabia.

Philip Morris International: Delivering a Smoke-Free Future

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading international tobacco company working to deliver a smoke-free future and evolving its portfolio for the long term to include products outside of the tobacco and nicotine sector. The company’s current product portfolio primarily consists of cigarettes and smoke-free products, including heat-not-burn, vapor, and oral nicotine products, which are sold in markets outside the U.S. Since 2008, PMI has invested more than USD 9 billion to develop, scientifically substantiate, and commercialize innovative smoke-free products for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, with the goal of completely ending the sale of cigarettes. This includes the building of world-class scientific assessment capabilities, notably in the areas of pre-clinical systems toxicology, clinical and behavioral research, as well as post-market studies. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized the marketing of versions of PMI’s IQOS Platform 1 devices and consumables as Modified Risk Tobacco Products (MRTPs), finding that exposure modification orders for these products are appropriate to promote the public health. As of June 30, 2022, excluding Russia and Ukraine, PMI’s smoke-free products were available for sale in 70 markets, and PMI estimates that approximately 13.2 million adults around the world had already switched to IQOS and stopped smoking. With a strong foundation and significant expertise in life sciences, in February 2021 PMI announced its ambition to expand into wellness and healthcare areas and deliver innovative products and solutions that aim to address unmet consumer and patient needs.

Hytera Launches New Generation Compact DMR Repeater HR65X

Flexible to deploy and easy to network, Hytera HR65X Compact DMR Repeater allows businesses to set up reliable two-way radio coverage at a designated venue with the least space and most usability.

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hytera Communications (SZSE: 002583), a leading global provider of professional communications technologies and solutions, has recently added another member to its Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) portfolio by releasing HR65X Compact DMR Repeater. As Hytera’s second repeater following the debut of Hytera’s new generation DMR, H Series, in 2021, HR65X is designed to offer an agile way to establish, expand or enhance the coverage of a two-way radio system.

Compact and lightweight, HR65X can be flexibly mounted to the wall or carried around in a backpack with tailored accessories. With the minimum requirement for on-site installation conditions, HR65X allows the communication connection anywhere it’s needed; the repeater is available in two versions: 25W high power version with an attached fan and 10W low power without a fan.

From the single-site DMR conventional system for low-rise buildings to IP multi-site system for high-rise buildings, HR65X delivers powerful and stable signals to every corner of the venue. It weighs only about 2kg and can be carried on the back easily. When it is airborne with a professional drone, HR65X becomes an emergency coverage solution. It can interconnect with other repeater models from Hytera and form a tailored network to meet different requirements.

Designed to operate with AC power or an optional battery, HR65X keeps working in the event of a power outage. When it connects to the AC power supply, the battery works as a backup. In case of an outage, the 12.5Ah battery is ready to support up to 9 hours of 10W operation and up to 4 hours of 25W operation. This power backup solution reduces the capital investment and maintenance manpower for adding UPS power equipment.

HR65X operates in analog mode, DMR mode, or dynamic mixed digital/analog mode, which can ensure that the existing analog radios continue to be connected to the new DMR network and thus protect customers’ previous investment to the greatest extent. Thanks to the Extended Network Management System (XNMS), users can remotely update the configuration of HR65X in minutes and monitor the operation status and alarms in real time which dramatically reduces the time and resources to maintain repeaters in different sites.
